Jim comes to Danaher after 18 years with Caterpillar, during which he lead many strategic IP initiatives globally. Prior, Jim started his legal career as an Associate with Pennie & Edmonds in New York City. He has chaired the American IP Lawyers Association subcommittee on M&A IP Due Diligence and provided pro bono services via the CASA Cornelia Law Center, among many other professional and civic contributions.
