We seek candidates with 8+ years of in-house experience, ideally in a start-up environment. Helpful areas of expertise include intellectual property, commercial transactions, joint ventures and employment. Prior employment under a private equity umbrella helpful. Compensation is competitive but heavily weighted with equity opportunity.
