Mike pens a monthly career advice column in Corporate Counsel magazine.

Check out his most recent columns in Corporate Counsel (law.com). He talks about how hiring the right fit for a legal department is more than just a gut check. He also discusses hiring law firm lawyers for an in-house role, including bringing on a 5th year law firm associate.

If you have any topic ideas you would like to see addressed in a future column, please send ideas and suggestions to [email protected].
